    However, we do offer non-membership grooms on a case-by-case basis at a premium rate.

  • We prioritize members for route efficiency and pup health. However, we do offer Nails on Wheels on Saturdays at local dog parks (no membership required). Check our website for weekly locations.

  • Great question! Every dog's coat is different. Some need just a quick trim around the eyes and paws (included in membership), while others need extensive styling. Charging by the minute ensures you only pay for what your dog actually needs—and members save $60/hour on additional haircutting.

  • Yes. We’re fully self-contained and groom curbside.

    Our mobile grooming is specifically designed for dogs who struggle in traditional salons. We also have over 10 years of experience handling nervous and reactive pets with patience and care.

  • You join for a full year, and we assign you a permanent spot on our grooming route. We show up at your home every month on the same day/time. Your membership auto-renews annually, ensuring your spot stays reserved.

  • Haircutting is charged by the minute beyond the hygienic trimming included in your membership. During your consultation, we'll estimate how long your dog's desired style typically takes. After your first appointment, you'll know exactly what to expect each month.

  • We do allow cancellations. As your annual grooming schedule is reserved exclusively for your pet, cancellations require advance notice and are subject to a cancellation fee. Please reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.

  • No—dogs need the full grooming process. Haircutting on a dirty, unbrushed coat doesn't work well and can damage equipment. Our packages include everything your dog needs for healthy, beautiful results.

  • Our Bath Package starts at $110. Our pricing is based on your dog's size and coat type. We can give you a more accurate price with details about your specific pup. All bath packages include: premium bath with de-shedding products, up to 20 minutes of brushing, nail trimming & smoothing, ear cleaning, pad shaving, and hygienic trimming and travel time.

  • Only on the first appointment. After that, you are free! Many of our clients leave for work or run errands while we groom. As long as we can access your dog and your driveway, we're all set. We'll text you when we're finished.

  • Most bath appointments take 60-75 minutes, depending on your dog's size, coat condition, and temperament. We never rush—your dog gets the time they need for a thorough, stress-free experience.

  • Perfect! That's exactly what our specialized de-shedding and deodorizing products are designed for. We've bathed muddy dogs, skunked dogs, and everything in between. We'll get them clean.
