STEPHANIE ERVIN
Pet Stylist , Administrative Lead & Creative SupportStephanie has been part of the Dog Heart Grooming family since 2021 and brings over a decade of professional pet-care experience. She wears many hats — from client communications and admin support to part-time pet styling, content creation, and staying current with industry standards.
Driven by her Christian faith and a lifelong love for God’s creatures, Stephanie believes every pet is uniquely created and deserves care rooted in love, integrity, and holistic well-being. She especially values the one-on-one time DHG’s structure provides, allowing her to help each pet feel safe, healthy, and genuinely cherished.
With a creative background in art and photography, plus ongoing studies in business and marketing, Stephanie brings a thoughtful, quality-focused perspective to the team. And if your pups ever need a trusted sitter, she also runs Virtuous Pet Care — her own, faith-rooted pet-sitting company built on the basis of doing what she loves most…caring for animals. Her guiding belief — do everything in love (1 Corinthians 16:14) — is woven into every interaction she has with pets and their families and aims for that to shine through to the world.
DEVIN BUSHEE
Elaina Bushee
FounderHi I'm Elaina and I can't wait to meet you and your pup! I am a member of the International Canine Cosmetologists of America. Being a member of this association is not a requirement, but a show of both dedication to the proper treatment of dogs and of receiving annual continuing education in the grooming industry. I am currently working towards my full certification in K9 Massage. My long-term career goal is to become a Master Groomer. I am currently in my 10th year of grooming.
I believe this profession is what I was born to do. Dogs are my life and I am so passionate about my profession. It's my true calling. What started out as a simple step of faith has turned into a rewarding life long passion and career. It is my personal goal to make every dog feel and look their furry best. My heart touches theirs as I groom them and it's spiritually healing for us both because nothing can replace the love a dog can put in our hearts. I'm blessed that my business revolves around reciprocating love and affection to the very animals I adore the most.

Rest assured that when your pet is in my hands, they will be receiving the most heavenly treatment possible. The quality of the groom is always done with the mindset that I am bringing it before God Himself, and the dog is treated as such. I am strong in my faith in God and Jesus Christ. I believe that dogs are a gift from heaven and that God gave me my skills and talents so that I can provide a service for all our four-legged 'guardian angels.' I am blessed that my skills and passion have come together to glorify Him and I choose to integrate his word and values into my business model every day. I serve God by serving dogs.
